TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS FOR
PRO-SERVE RESOURCES

1. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price for the CV Services shall be the Price quoted by Pro-Serve Resources and payment of the Price shall made by the Client immediately upon placement of an order. Payment may be made by credit card or other cleared funds.

2. GOODS

The description of the CV services provided by Pro-Serve Resources shall be agreed with the Client at the time of ordering. The standard product consists of a two-page CV produced in Microsoft Word.

3. RISK
The use of the CV, CV Templates, Covering Letters and any information supplied in addition shall be used entirely at the risk of the Client following delivery. Pro-Serve Resources ceases to hold any intellectual property or title to the CV, CV Template or Covering Letter upon delivery.

4. LIMITATION
Pro-Serve Resources accepts no liability for the misuse of Pro-Serve CV products, by misrepresentation of employment history, achievements etc, or loss to an employer subsequent to delivery. It is not the role of Pro-Serve Resources to validate employment details or to ensure accuracy of employment details other than those provided by the Client for the purposes of the CV and/or Covering Letter. Pro-Serve Resources accept no liability for false information provided by a Client.

5. FORCE MAJEURE
Pro-Serve Resources shall not be liable for any default due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control, including, but not limited to Acts of God, Accident, IT viruses, terrorism, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-out, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, etc.

6. REFUND POLICY
Refunds shall be made only at the discretion of the Proprietor of Pro-Serve Resources and will be subject to a 15% administration fee.

7. GENERAL

7.1 If any term or provision of the Conditions is held invalid illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any Court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be eliminated and the remainder of the provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions eliminated.
7.2. Pro-Serve Resources may without the consent of the Client sublicense its rights or obligations or any part of these Conditions.
7.3. Headings in these Conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any of the Conditions.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Each of the parties agrees that save in respect of statements made fraudulently it shall have no remedy in respect of any untrue statement upon which it relied in entering this Agreement and that its only remedy’s shall be for breach of contract.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

10. RIGHTS OF CONSUMER
Nothing in these conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a consumer.

11. Pro-Serve Resources is not a recruitment or employment agency and does not in any way offer to provide employment, job interviews or other direct recruitment services to either individuals or companies.
